TRIMOSA is a young, regionally rooted company from the Trier region. What began with a shared passion for property and hospitality has become modern holiday apartments between the Moselle and Eifel — each one hand-picked, freshly renovated and personally furnished.

How it all began
Johannes, Pascal and Dominik have known each other for years — and share two things besides their friendship: an enthusiasm for beautiful spaces and the conviction that our homeland between the Moselle, Sauer and Eifel deserves more visitors who experience it the way we do.
From the first jointly renovated apartment, more quickly followed. Today, as TRIMOSA Apartments & Homes, we operate a growing family of holiday apartments in Trier, Bitburg and southern Eifel — and are expanding it piece by piece with new places to arrive, feel at home and discover. Next up: four apartments in the listed heritage former winery in Kanzem on the Saar and a third apartment in Minden an der Sauer.
And we keep everything in our own hands: we furnish ourselves, write our own texts, and when you book, you book directly with us — no intermediaries, no hidden fees.
