Bizarre rock formations, deeply cut valleys and the Sauer as a border river to Luxembourg: Southern Eifel is the hiking and outdoor paradise of the region — wild, green and pleasantly laid-back.

Our apartments in the Sauer Valley are the perfect starting point: Teufelsschlucht and Irreler Wasserfälle within walking distance, the Sauertal cycle path right by the house, and for an excursion to the neighbouring country, Echternach and the Müllerthal — the "Little Luxembourg Switzerland" — are just a few minutes away.
